"Bokeh (derived from Japanese boke ぼけ, a noun form of bokeru ぼける, "become blurred or fuzzy") is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field. Different lens bokeh produces different aesthetic qualities in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to reduce distractions and emphasize the primary subject."

I've developed a passion for bokeh and have over time resourced a variety of lenses that handle it in unique ways. These are my brushes and nature often my pallette. Images here are thus ordered seasonally and accompanied with a note indicating which lens was used and any personal notes pertaining to the topic.

I think rather than to classify everything meticulously, it might be easier to navigate a section of experiments and one-offs, liberated of their differences and pooled in one hairy lump. Enjoy the chaos.
